A waterproofing system is needed to stop water from getting in, and from damaging rebar in the concrete. An integral waterproofing system is the most economical, effective and an environmentally-friendly alternative to membrane waterproofing.
Multichem manufactured its first product Multicrete CM, at small shed (300 ft2) in 1996 at Powai located in Mumbai. This was the beginning of Multichem to innovate and manufacture in-house. Multicrete CM still remains most demanding product having capacity to use in 20 applications in Civil structures. There are many projects in India where Multicrete CM was used for waterproofing and repair, even to produce watertight exterior plaster and thin layer plaster in bathroom.
Multiguard A was the second product we started manufacturing as a two component waterproofing cementitious coating. With best raw materials and special additives, this product had sheen the test of time in heavy rains in Mumbai region. It is our belief that product manufactured by us will be able to give true value to our client's investment. It is the product which perform exactly the same way it is claimed in the datasheet.
