MULTITHANE® is one of the best product developed by Multichem, with tensile strength of more than 10 N/mm2 and elongation of more than 600%. This product can be applied by brush, roller or spray and has 30 minutes of pot life.

ARMOURTHANE®  2501 is developed for fast turnout work.   It can be applied at nearly any temperature, bonds easily to nearly any concrete surface, cures to full strength within half an hour, is flexible enough to bridge small cracks, can withstand high temperatures when cured, and has superior stain and UV resistance.

 ARMOURTUFF® H12600  polyurea represents a breakthrough in plural-component spray applied polymer technology. This high elongation polymer is developed specifically as a seamless and long lasting waterproofing/abrasion resistance seal. This gives protection against water penetration, consequently protection from corrosion.

ARMOURTHANE®  SULAV is a two component polyurea based waterproofing coating. Since product once mixed has pot life of more than 30 minutes, it can be easily applied by brush, roller or spray.  The product has 400% elongation and tensile strength of 5 N/mm2.

POWERDEK®-400  is a to component polyurea  based hand applied coating for deck waterproofing.   It has tensile strength of 14 N/mm2 and elongation of 400%. POWERDEK® 400 is ideal for waterproofing in construction works, such as highways, bridge decks, tunnels etc.
